Expect 3:00 PM–11:30 PM shifts, Monday–Friday with weekends off, and opportunities for additional pay through certifications and bonuses. Qualified candidates have 3+ years of relevant experience, basic tools, and the ability to diagnose electrical and mechanical

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical certifications or vocational training preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant heavy-duty repair experience is preferred.
• Basic tools are required; familiarity with diagnostics and electrical systems is expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance and repair duties with standard and preventive tasks.
• Diagnose complex mechanical and electronic problems using diagnostic tools.
• Repair components and perform inspections with minimal supervision.
• Mentor Tech 1 and Tech 2 levels and share knowledge.
• Utilize Shop Management System for documentation and workflow.
• Comply with safety, DOT, and company guidelines during all tasks.
