Job summary

Ryder is seeking a Master Level Diesel Technician in Conestoga, PA to perform complex heavy-duty vehicle maintenance and repair. This on-site role offers a structured schedule, Monday–Friday, with first shift hours and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Vocational/Technical certifications preferred.
• CDL Class A license preferred.
• Demonstrated aptitude in mechanical repair of heavy-duty vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard vehicle maintenance and preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical/electrical issues.
• Utilize diagnostic tools to determine best solution.
• Coach/mentor other technicians and support shop leadership.
• Drive Ryder vehicles as required and pass DOT/physical/drug tests.
• Maintain safety and compliance with company policies.
