Cross Resource Group is seeking a Service Technician to independently perform complex diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance on John Deere equipment and technology in Temple, TX. You may mentor trainees and be accountable for billable time and work orders, with focus on thorough documentation and safe, efficient work.

The ideal candidate has experience with mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems on off-road equipment, reliable toolset, and strong written and verbal communication

Qualifikationen

• Experience performing service repairs with metrics-based performance.
• Ability to diagnose using manuals and diagnostic tools.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems on heavy equipment.

• Performs diagnostics and repairs on John Deere equipment and technology.
• Mentors Service Technician Trainees and Service Technicians.
• Accountable for billable time and assigned work orders.
• Documents diagnostics and repairs thoroughly and submits information on time.
• Operates and maintains vehicles, tools and equipment for job duties.
• Keeps work area clean and follows safety rules.
