Job summary

United Ag & Turf seeks a skilled Service Technician to diagnose, repair and maintain John Deere equipment across its Texas network. The role involves thorough documentation of diagnostics and repairs, and timely submission of information.

You will mentor trainees and junior technicians, operate and maintain tools and equipment, and adhere to safety rules while staying current with John Deere products and related technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience performing diagnostics and repairs on John Deere equipment; ability to document work thoroughly.
• Experience mentoring trainees and technicians; willingness to train others.
• Adequate toolset to perform responsibilities; knowledge of safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on John Deere equipment and technology.
• Mentor Service Technician Trainees and Service Technicians.
• Record billable time and complete work orders accurately; maintain documentation.
