Qualifications

• 5-7 years of diesel engine experience.
• 1+ years DOT inspection experience required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work in team environment.
• Versed in electrical, computer, ECMs, fuel and hydraulic systems.
• Proficient in diagnostic, repair, and maintenance of heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day shop operations and supervise maintenance work.
• Ensure fleet DOT compliance and maintain service/parts records.
• Perform and document preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Conduct safety checks and annual vehicle inspections.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and manage paperwork.
• Address problems promptly and assist management as needed.
