Job summary

LS Tractor is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to assist dealers and customers with advanced diesel engine and system questions. You will improve resolution cycles and support LS Technicians using LS diagnostic tools, remote access, and Dealer Portal.

The role emphasizes clear technical communication, collaboration with service managers, and ongoing training to extend knowledge across engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years diesel technical experience (as a Diesel Technician) with mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with basic computer functions and LS Diagnostic Tool (EVCI) or similar tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication for case documentation and multi-party communication.
• Experience solving problems effectively with best outcomes for all involved.

Responsibilities

• Assist dealers and customer support with technical product questions to improve resolution times.
• Document information clearly and concisely and coordinate cases between dealers and QA.
• Provide troubleshooting support over phone, email, remote access, and other LS Tractor resources.
