Job summary

LS Tractor is seeking an experienced In-House Service specialist to assist dealers and customer support with technical product questions, aiming to improve diagnostic and repair capabilities and reduce downtime. The role emphasizes clear communication, case documentation, and sharing best practices across LS Dealers.

Responsibilities include supporting LS Technicians, coordinating with the Quality Assurance Team, and helping publish Technical Information Bulletins.

Qualifications

• 5+ years diesel technical experience as a Diesel Technician with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist LS Technicians and Service Managers in diagnosis and repair.
• Document information clearly for cases and reports.
• Coordinate cases with Dealers and Quality Assurance teams.
• Create and share Technical Information Bulletins as needed.
• Provide remote support via phone, email, or remote access.
• Travel to dealer locations for Field Service up to twice per month.
