Qualified Staffing in Lapeer, MI is seeking an Experienced Die Setter to support a plastic injection molding operation, including door panels, consoles, and glove compartments. This 1st shift role runs Mon-Fri, 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM with some overtime on Fridays.

Candidates must have 5+ years of die set-up experience, be computer literate, and familiar with lean manufacturing. Pay starts at $22 per hour and benefits include healthcare, vacation/holiday pay, and 401K.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of die set-ups and troubleshooting in plastic injection molding.
• Experience with changing die inserts and tooling.
• Computer literacy and knowledge of Lean manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Perform mold changes per schedule and emergency changes.
• Change die inserts as required.
