ARaymond is seeking a Plastic Injection Mold / Die Setter for 1st shift in Michigan. You’ll perform set ups on multi-cavity molds and assist on machine startups, ensuring smooth production and adherence to safety standards.

You’ll maintain tooling, complete SAP work orders, and support continuous improvement initiatives while working with a cross‑functional team. The role requires at least 1 year of relevant experience, English fluency, and the ability to lift 55 lb.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of injection mold setter experience in an IMM environment.
• Experience with IMM equipment, tonnage ranges, and controller types.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety procedures and regulations (OSHA).
• Set tools for start-ups and complete work orders in SAP.
• Maintain housekeeping and equipment condition; manage mold tooling and platens.
• Perform in-press preventive maintenance of molds and document records.
• Coordinate with material handlers and supervisors to meet production/shipping needs.
• Support CI/OpEx initiatives to improve safety, quality, and cost.
