The role requires basic math, mechanical aptitude, and teamwork in a fast-paced facility powered by robotics and automation. You will document productivity, assist with troubleshooting, and help maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience using basic hand tools.
• Overhead Crane license required.
• Excellent basic math skills.
• Professional verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to complete training and higher-education courses.

Responsibilities

• Hang and remove tools from injection molding machines.
• Shutdown injection molding machines.
• Perform accurate and efficient process changeovers.
• Assist in troubleshooting process and secondary equipment problems.
• Maintain productivity and quality documentation as required.
• Submit work order requests for maintenance issues.
• Maintain a safe work environment by cleaning work stations.
