Qualifications

• 5+ years clinical consulting in health systems or diagnostics.
• BS in medical technology/health sciences with 8+ years experience.
• Proven track record launching programs across cross-functional teams.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare operations and accreditation.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead program development for Performance Partnership across Beckman Coulter and Leica.
• Engage with operating companies to identify strategies and close deals with outcomes-based contracts.
• Educate, advise, and prioritize strategies with internal stakeholders to maximize impact.
• Build minimally viable products and present findings to leadership and customers.
• Provide structured updates on program lifecycle, funnel health, and revenue achievement.
• Finalize playbooks with customer-ready presentations and marketing support.
• Support global deployment of proven strategies and coordinate cross-geography initiatives.
