Ochsner Health in Louisiana is seeking a qualified diagnostic medical sonographer to independently perform advanced ultrasound procedures in collaboration with staff radiologists. The role includes mentoring junior staff and ensuring patient safety and quality imaging across procedures.

The candidate will hold or obtain RDMS within one year, complete a CAHEA-approved program, and maintain BLS certification. Flexibility to work a 24/7 schedule is preferred to support varied patient needs.

Competenze

• RDMS or registry eligible (required within 1 year of hire).
• CAHEA approved formal training program in diagnostic sonography.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.

Mansioni

• Perform advanced diagnostic ultrasound procedures in collaboration with staff radiologists.
