Job summary

FEDITC, LLC in the Washington, DC area seeks a Senior Network Engineer to provide expert-level support for DHS HSEN and LAN-A infrastructure, focusing on modernization, operations, and security.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in enterprise networking, a Master’s degree, and an active CCIE with a Secret clearance; DHS-related standards and ITIL/NIST experience are preferred. U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of extensive network engineering experience.
• Familiarity with DHS technical standards and operational environments.
• Active US citizenship with ability to obtain DHS EOD and necessary clearances.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced network engineering and operational support for DHS HSEN and LAN-A infrastructures.
• Oversee upgrades, patches, configurations to ensure security and reliability.
• Deliver Tier III network support and in-depth troubleshooting.
• Participate in network modernization projects and stakeholder collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with SELC, ITIL, NIST SP 800-53, and security policies.
