Solsearchenergy is hiring a Senior Associate to oversee distributed generation projects from site control to NTP across the East Coast and Mid-Atlantic. The candidate will manage vendors and timelines, handle project reporting, and engage with landowners.

With a focus on solar and storage, candidates should have over 4 years of experience in development, strong technical knowledge, and a Bachelor's degree. The position is remote, but candidates must reside in specific US regions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in distributed generation development or origination.
• At least 2 years closing projects in active CS markets.
• Working knowledge of land agreements, PPAs, PILOTs, and MIPAs.

Responsibilities

• Drive a subset of the DG pipeline from site control to NTP.
• Manage vendors, timelines, budgets, and day-to-day project work.
• Handle reporting on budgets and timelines to internal and investor audiences.
