Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (10+ years) or Master’s degree (8+ years) in Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on experience in DFT for SoC/ASIC development with customer-facing leadership.
• Deep expertise in ATPG, DFT, BIST and logic test methodologies; hands-on with TestMAX products.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical resolutions of test technology deployments with R&D, Product, and Field teams.
• Influence technical priorities across customer programs for test compression, scan integration, and test vector generation.
• Define and follow best practices for design test methodology reviews and field engagement models.
• Drive AI-enabled flow initiatives using TestMAX DFT/ATPG/Manager to improve integration and debug workflows.
• Create feedback loops with R&D and Product to improve tool quality, documentation, and enablement.
• Use field feedback to strengthen deployment quality and reduce tape-out risk.
