Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Senior Engineer to lead Nexthink platform engineering, automation, and integrations. This fully remote role supports an enterprise-scale DEX program across the United States.

The ideal candidate has deep Nexthink expertise, strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell), and experience in end-user computing, observability, and analytics. Clearance constraints and public trust are noted for U.S. positions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering with 12+ years of relevant experience.
5+ years hands-on experience administering, engineering, and supporting the Nexthink Infinity platform.
10+ years experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure, EUC, and endpoint engineering environments.
Extensive hands-on experience with Nexthink including Remote Actions, Investigations, Dashboards, Campaigns, Alerts, and NQL.

Responsibilities

Engineer, administer, and optimize the Nexthink Infinity platform components.
Develop, test, and maintain Nexthink automation and remediation workflows.
Design and implement integrations between Nexthink and enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, Moveworks, etc.).
Build dashboards and reports covering device health, app performance, and user experience.
