Job summary

On Point Staffing Group is seeking a dynamic Lead Project Manager with a specialty in dewatering services to oversee design and execution of groundwater control projects in New Jersey, with a remote option available.

You will lead engineering designs for dewatering systems, mentor staff, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and drive proposals and client communications across infrastructure and remediation projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required.
Pro Engineer (PE) license preferred.
5–10 years of relevant engineering experience, with at least 5 years in dewatering or groundwater management.

Responsibilities

Oversee design and engineering of dewatering and groundwater control systems.
Create project-specific design calculations, drawings, and specifications.
Coordinate with construction, fabrication, and operations teams for project execution.
Analyze geotechnical and hydrogeologic data to inform design.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and training to the team.
Serve as primary technical contact for clients and present concepts clearly.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and environmental standards.
Support business development through proposals and presentations.
Collaborate with leadership on continuous improvement and growth.
