Job summary

RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, seeks an experienced DevSecOps Engineer to design and automate deployment across a multi‑technology platform in Richardson, TX. Onsite with potential hybrid arrangements, you will mentor engineers and drive automation across CI/CD and infrastructure tooling.

Roles emphasize hands‑on DevSecOps, GitOps, and cross‑functional collaboration. Expect to work with Rancher, ArgoCD, FluxCD, Terraform, Terragrunt, and HashiCorp tools in a high‑compliance

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on DevSecOps experience.
• Strong experience with Rancher, ArgoCD, FluxCD at scale.
• Proficiency in modular infrastructure automation with Terraform/Terragrunt.

Responsibilities

• Design and automate deployment and integration of applications onto a common platform using DevSecOps and automation practices.
• Lead and mentor engineers, providing technical guidance under team leadership.
• Develop, implement, and troubleshoot DIPN deployment automations, integrating various technologies.
• Analyze gaps in technology solutions and devise approaches aligning with architecture guidance.
• Create, automate, and refine installation, integration, and test procedures.
• Document processes clearly and demonstrate completed work to diverse audiences.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily scrum, Sprint planning, PI planning, retrospectives).
• Travel up to 10%.
