Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking a Technical DevSecOps Manager to lead agile teams in the transformation of mission-critical systems for a national security customer. The role requires extensive experience in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipeline ownership, and security integration throughout project lifecycles.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a deep understanding of cloud services, and a passion for mentoring engineering teams to achieve successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software development, DevOps, or platform engineering roles.
• 3+ years of experience leading multiple agile teams.
• Strong knowledge of DevSecOps practices and compliance integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple agile development teams.
• Define and own the DevSecOps roadmap and best practices.
• Optimize build and deployment performance and security integration.
