Job summary

Concept Plus LLC is seeking an experienced DevSecOps Lead to drive secure CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and automated testing frameworks on OCI. The role embeds security, quality, and automation across the service lifecycle for DoD-focused environments.

The candidate will lead tooling onboarding, enforce RMF controls, and collaborate with the Cybersecurity Lead to ensure audit-ready artifacts and continuous ATO readiness. A DoD security background is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on DevSecOps or platform engineering experience.
• Proficiency with YAML for configuration, IaC, and pipelines.
• Hands-on Ansible for automated provisioning and config management.
• Git-based version control experience and branching strategies.
• Experience designing CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD.
• Terraform IaC experience including state, modules, and compliance.
• Kubernetes-based deployments and container orchestration.
• Experience in DoD RMF/A TO processes and embedding security.
• Active DoD Secret clearance and DoD 8140/8570 IAT-II or higher.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines on OCI.
• Develop and maintain IaC for environment provisioning and compliance.
• Manage container workloads with Kubernetes or OKE.
• Integrate SAST/DAST/SCA and image scanning into pipelines.
• Establish automated test frameworks across web services and APIs.
• Enforce code quality, branching, and Git governance.
• Embed DoD RMF controls and security checks in pipelines.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity Lead to meet DoD compliance.
• Lead DevSecOps toolchain onboarding and standards adoption.
• Monitor pipeline metrics and report to stakeholders.
• Align DevSecOps with OCI platform and Vault/Artifact Registry.
• Maintain automated patching and vulnerability remediation workflows.
• Support transition activities and migration to new tooling.
