Job summary

Concept Plus LLC is seeking an experienced DevSecOps Lead to design, implement, and secure CI/CD pipelines on OCI for Oracle eBusiness—embedded security across the lifecycle from development to operations. This leadership role requires DoD compliance, Terraform/Ansible-based IaC, and Kubernetes orchestration.

You will drive automation, testing, and secure deployment practices while collaborating with cybersecurity teams to meet government standards and ensuring rapid, compliant service delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on DevSecOps, platform engineering, or software delivery engineering experience.
• US Citizen as a baseline requirement.
• Active DoD Secret clearance to start and maintain.
• DoD 8140/8570 IAT-II or higher certification required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines across OCI environments.
• Develop and maintain IaC using Ansible, YAML, and Terraform.
• Architect and manage container workloads with Kubernetes (K8s).
• Integrate SAST/DAST/SCA tools into pipelines for secure DevSecOps.
• Embed DoD RMF controls and security checks into workflows.
