Vantor is seeking a DevSecOps professional to design, implement, and manage DevOps/DevSecOps pipelines across cloud and on-prem environments from Herndon, VA. The role emphasizes automation, security integration, and scalable release management within a fast-moving mission-driven team.

Candidates should hold an active TS/SCI clearance and have extensive experience with Git, Jenkins, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenStack/OpenShift.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to pass a polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related discipline.
• 8+ years of industry experience.
• Experience with Git.
• CI/CD development using Bash, Python, Jenkins or GitLab.
• Experience with Ansible, Puppet or Chef.
• Cloud deployment on OpenStack or OpenShift.
• Open-source deployments and maintenance.
• Moderate Linux system administration (RedHat/CentOS).
• Knowledge of Linux/Windows, web services and SQL databases.
• Experience in an Agile environment.
• Willingness to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain DevOps/DevSecOps pipelines with tools like Ansible, Jenkins/GitLab, SonarQube, Cucumber, Cypress, ArgoCD.
• Integrate automated deployments using Keycloak, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Rancher.
• Implement CD & CI solutions to support rapid development and integration.
• Automate environments using Infrastructure as code.
• Integrate static code analysis and security into pipelines.
• Design hybrid deployment strategies (cloud and local virtualized).
• Collaborate with engineers to apply automated tests and documentation processes.
• Generate and monitor deployment/test metrics dashboards.
• Troubleshoot networks, pipelines, and infrastructure issues.
• Build and monitor configuration management of release products.
