Job summary

Leidos in Oklahoma City is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to strengthen security in the DevOps pipeline for a DoD program. The role centers on secure coding, threat modeling, and automated testing within CI/CD.

Qualifications

• US citizen with Top Secret clearance and ability to obtain SCI
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years or Master’s with 6+ years
• DoD 8140 intermediate certification or DoD 8570 IAM Level II or higher
• Strong understanding of software development paradigms and CI/CD tools
• Experience with IaC and CaC
• Experience configuring CI/CD pipelines in DevSecOps
• Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL/MS SQL Server
• Experience with Linux/Windows, networking
• Experience with hybrid cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, Chef, Puppet, Ansible
• Experience with Azure cloud services
• Strong problem solving and communication
• Self-starter with teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of security in the DevOps pipeline for DoD apps
• Evaluate and integrate security tools into CI/CD workflows
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, threat modeling, and pentesting
• Collaborate to develop secure coding practices, incident response plans, training
• Mentor junior/mid-level engineers
• Automate security testing and compliance with IaC tooling
• Stay updated on DevSecOps threats and best practices
• Design, develop, test, and implement BC/DR solutions
