Qualifications

• US Citizen with active Top Secret clearance eligible for SCI.
• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years or Master’s with 2+ years, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in software development in a professional setting.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, version control, and Jira or GitLab.
• Experience with Linux and Windows, networking, and cloud infra (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
• Self-starter with good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support integration of security practices into the DevOps pipeline for DoD apps, ensuring compliance.
• Automate security tools and processes within CI/CD workflows.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and threat modeling.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement secure coding practices.
• Configure and manage SAST, DAST, IAST, and IaC security tools.
• Participate in incident response and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor junior team members on DevSecOps best practices.
