Zusammenfassung

PennEngineering is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join the Information Systems Team. You will own cloud security posture across AWS, automate guardrails, and embed security into CI/CD to enable high-velocity software delivery.

You will build security tooling, govern IAM, secrets, and data protection, partner with AI/ML and engineering teams, and drive incident response, vulnerability management, and policy-as-code in a global cloud environment.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in cloud security, DevSecOps, or security engineering.
• Deep expertise in AWS security services (IAM, Security Hub, GuardDuty, Config, KMS).
• Proven experience integrating SAST, SCA, DAST into CI/CD without slowing velocity.
• Infrastructure-as-code and policy-as-code with Terraform or AWS CDK.
• Strong scripting/automation in Python, Go, or Bash.
• Experience securing containerized workloads (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent communication translating security risk to leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Info Security/Engineering or related field.

• Design and build security tools, frameworks, and policies.
• Own end-to-end vulnerability management lifecycle and remediation.
