PennEngineering is seeking an experienced Senior DevSecOps Engineer to build and operate security guardrails, tooling, and automation across a cloud-native portfolio. You will own the security posture of our AWS environments, embed security into CI/CD, and partner with AI engineering teams to secure AI workloads.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience in cloud security, DevSecOps, or security engineering.
• Deep expertise in AWS cloud architecture and security services.
• Proven experience integrating automated security tooling into CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on with infrastructure-as-code and policy-as-code (Terraform, AWS CDK).
• Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Go, Bash).
• Experience securing containerized workloads (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS/EKS).
• Practical knowledge of vulnerability management, incident response, and security operations in cloud-native environments.
• Ability to partner with engineering teams and translate risks for leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Own security posture of the AWS cloud environment and customer-facing platforms.
• Build and operate security guardrails, tooling, and automation for high-velocity software delivery.
• Design automated security scanning integrated into CI/CD pipelines (SAST, SCA, DAST).
• Develop policy-as-code and governance standards for security across the stack.
• Lead threat response and incident management in cloud-native environments.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineering teams to secure AI workloads and pipelines.
