Job summary

360Learning is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to make our infrastructure secure by design, detectable by default, and provable at audit time. You will bridge security and platform engineering, working deeply on infrastructure and security operations to drive automation and guardrails.

You will contribute in a small, senior team with direct impact and ownership. Expect greenfield work, with a focus on incident investigation, vulnerability management, and automated evidence for ISO 27001:2022

Qualifications

• 5+ years in infrastructure, cloud or platform engineering with a strong security focus
• Production experience with Kubernetes: RBAC, network policies, admission controllers, secrets handling
• Solid cloud experience, ideally Azure; AWS or Google Cloud experience welcome

Responsibilities

• Within 1 month, complete onboarding and map Azure and AKS environment
• Within 3 months, be autonomous on AKS and Azure and ship automation improvements
• Within 6 months, have honeypot live and widen SIEM coverage
• Within 12 months, manage detection content as code and automate audit evidence
