Job summary

OSC Global is seeking a Software Engineer IV to design, implement, and support enterprise DevSecOps platforms across on‑premises and Microsoft Azure environments. You will lead, mentor, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, automated, and maintainable solutions while advancing SSDLC practices and cloud-native capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Clearance.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Enterprise.
• Experience implementing application security programs, including SAST, SCA, DAST, SBOM, secrets scanning, and supply chain security.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in the design, implementation, support, and continuous improvement of enterprise DevSecOps platforms and services.
• Partner with development, infrastructure, and platform teams to design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting application and infrastructure deployments in hybrid and Azure cloud environments.
• Contribute to the implementation and enhancement of application security capabilities, including SAST, SCA, DAST, vulnerability management, secrets management, and software supply chain security.
• Work with engineering teams to develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Configuration as Code (CaC), and automation solutions using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Bicep/ARM, and PowerShell.
• Share technical knowledge through mentoring, documentation, training, and collaboration across engineering teams.
