Job summary

Entegrata is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to own security for our Azure platform, driving posture, detection, IR, and compliance. The role focuses on security and compliance with future DevSecOps expansion; day-to-day operations are supported by the team.

You will collaborate with Security Lead and other teams, owning policies, identity and endpoint security, and SOC 2/Drata processes as we scale.

Qualifications

• Cloud security depth in Azure, including identity, network, and secrets management.
• Experience with Entra Conditional Access and at least one major EDR platform.
• Detection engineering and incident response experience, including KQL in Log Analytics or similar SIEM.
• Experience running security and architecture reviews and maintaining security policies and posture.
• SOC 2 Type II experience, ideally with Drata or similar tooling.
• Senior IC capable of running the security function independently and collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Review architecture and changes for security impact and drive remediation.
• Own detection engineering and IR day-to-day activities and dashboards.
• Manage identity and endpoint security baselines and policies.
• Lead SOC 2 Type II program activities and evidence collection in Drata.
• Shape cloud and Azure security posture with guardrails and policy reviews.
• Collaborate with engineering, IT, and compliance teams on security programs.
