Job summary

Core4ce is hiring a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to support a large, secure DoD healthcare cloud environment. This fully remote, hands‑on role focuses on engineering, automating, securing, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise container platforms and the DevSecOps technologies that support them.

The ideal candidate will have deep Kubernetes experience (including OpenShift), strong IaC, CI/CD, Linux, cloud, security, and troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Kubernetes engineering experience, including installations, upgrades, and production maintenance.
• Strong Linux system administration and troubleshooting skills, preferably RHEL.
• Experience with IaC and configuration automation (Terraform, Ansible).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows (GitLab).
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS) and container security practices.

Responsibilities

• Engineer, administer, secure, and troubleshoot enterprise Kubernetes/OpenShift environments across development, staging, and production workloads.
• Develop and maintain IaC and automation for infrastructure and configurations (Terraform, Ansible).
• Design, implement, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, tests, security scanning, and deployments.
• Collaborate with customers and application teams to gather requirements, resolve issues, and improve platforms.
