Job summary

M9 Solutions seeks a Sr. DevSecOps Engineer I to support a government contract in Washington, DC.

The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and focuses on building secure, automated CI/CD pipelines across on-premises and cloud environments to support .NET applications. You will mentor development teams on secure coding practices, ensure security is embedded throughout the lifecycle, and tailor solutions to meet client requirements.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• BA/BS in an IT-related field; relevant experience may be substituted.
• Certification meeting DoD 8140 (Security+, Cloud+, CySA+, or higher).
• 5+ years of DevSecOps Engineer experience.
• Experience in enterprise security platforms, secure package management, and DevSecOps CI/CD in on-prem and cloud.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain secure, automated CI/CD pipelines and implement security best practices for .NET frameworks.
• Ensure integration of security throughout the development and operations lifecycle.
• Mentor development teams on secure coding practices and strengthen application security posture.
• Establish and maintain client trust with knowledge and innovative solutions that fit the client’s needs.
• This position may require work during government shutdowns or emergencies.
