Job summary

Raft is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer in the United States to own the full software lifecycle across secure, multi-realm environments. You will build and secure CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure, manage identity with Keycloak, and ensure STIG compliance while moving apps between staging and production.

You will work with Jenkins, Ansible, Docker, GitLab, Nginx, AWS, and Splunk to deliver scalable, secure solutions for government and defense programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years experience, Master's with 10+ years, or PhD with 6+ years.
• 10+ years software engineering experience.
• 10+ years CI/CD and IaC experience with Jenkins or similar tools.
• 10+ years of enterprise Linux systems administration.
• 5+ years Bash and/or Python scripting.
• 2+ years of SQL database access.
• Hands-on Ansible, Docker, Docker Compose, GitOps, and GitLab.
• Strong knowledge of SSL/TLS, PKI, STIGs, and OIDC.
• Experience configuring Keycloak (realm management).
• Experience with Nginx, AWS, and Splunk.
• Strong architecture skills; multi-realm integration.

Responsibilities

• Build, secure, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins).
• Automate configuration and deployment (Ansible, GitOps).
• Deploy/manage containerized apps with Docker/Docker Compose.
• Configure Keycloak realms and custom development.
• Manage SSL/TLS, PKI across environments and ensure STIG compliance.
• Administer enterprise Linux systems; Bash scripting for automation.
• Manage web traffic with Nginx; support AWS resources.
• Ingest/analyze data in Splunk; monitor environments via tooling.
• Handle GitLab repositories and mirroring across security realms.
• Deploy apps across multiple security realms, prod/staging.
