Job summary

MB Solutions inc is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to join a dynamic team responsible for automation development, testing, and deployment across the CI/CD lifecycle. The role emphasizes implementing cloud automation, building CI/CD tooling, and securing workloads in a high-performance Agile environment.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's in a STEM field, 7+ years of experience, US citizenship with an active Secret clearance, and strong skills in cloud, security tooling, and containerization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related STEM field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• MUST BE A US Citizen with Active Secret Clearance.
• Experience with cloud technologies and Azure.
• Experience with Agile practices to deliver high quality products and services.
• Ability to write or review code (Java, Python, etc.).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Experience with application security tools (SAST, DAST, vulnerability scanning).
• Knowledge of security frameworks (NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, DoD IL5).
• Understanding of network security fundamentals and zero trust concepts.

Responsibilities

• Implement automation for cloud resources using DevSecOps best practices.
• Develop CI/CD processes, tools and deployment strategies.
• Build and deploy containers and containerization technologies.
• Support system design, architecture, development, integration, deployment, and maintenance in an Agile environment.
• Create and implement solutions for infrastructure and security requirements.
• Identify needs for building automation and CI/CD solutions.
• Enable Agile management using Jira, Confluence, and GitLab.
• Develop CI/CD building blocks and shared libraries for faster builds and deployments.
