Job summary

Snowrelic Inc. is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to sustain and modernize mission-critical cloud platforms.

You will bring hands-on expertise in Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitLab CI/CD to secure and optimize deployments for federal and defense initiatives. The role requires 8+ years of DevSecOps or cloud engineering experience, an active Secret clearance, and strong collaboration with cybersecurity and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in DevSecOps, Cloud Engineering, or SRE/Infrastructure.
• Experience supporting production cloud environments in regulated or mission-critical contexts.
• Active Secret Clearance (Required) and CompTIA Security+ Certification (Required).
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitLab CI/CD.
• Experience with DoD/federal government programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Azure production and non-production environments with security patches.
• Automate, optimize, and manage software deployments across environments.
• Support database backup, recovery, and reliability for PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Review container security findings and coordinate remediation with Cybersecurity.
• Support vulnerability management, security assessments, and POAM tracking.
• Coordinate deployment approvals and release activities with providers and stakeholders.
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and monitor cloud performance with Azure Monitor.
• Develop IaC solutions with Terraform and drive automation initiatives.
