Job summary

OSC Technical Solutions in Oregon, United States, seeks an experienced DevSecOps leader to design, implement, and support enterprise security-driven software delivery platforms across on-premises and Azure environments. You will mentor engineers, drive security best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, automated, and maintainable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 8+ years of experience.
• Experience in designing, implementing and supporting DevSecOps across on-premises and Azure.
• Ability to obtain U.S. government clearance and pass background/drug screening.
• REAL ID Act compliant documentation at time of hire.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure software delivery and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise DevSecOps platforms and services.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for hybrid and Azure cloud deployments.
• Enhance application security capabilities including SAST, SCA, DAST, and SBOM.
• Develop and maintain IaC/CaC and automation using Terraform, Ansible, Bicep/ARM, and PowerShell.
• Collaborate with architecture, security, and engineering teams to meet standards and objectives.
• Mentor and guide software and DevSecOps engineers; share knowledge via documentation and training.
