Job summary

OSC Technical Solutions seeks an experienced DevSecOps Engineering Lead to design, implement, and support enterprise-grade DevSecOps across on‑premises and Azure environments. You will mentor engineers, steer SDLC security improvements, and collaborate with Architecture, Security, Infra, and Development teams to deliver secure, scalable automation and cloud-native solutions.

The role requires strong SSDLC, CI/CD expertise, and hands-on leadership across multiple projects in a regulated

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing, implementing, and supporting DevOps/DevSecOps platforms.
• Proven ability to lead multi-system technical initiatives with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong SSDLC, CI/CD, automation, cloud tech, and application security knowledge.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and mentoring skills.
• Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with strong research and information analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continuously improve enterprise DevSecOps platforms and services.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines in hybrid and Azure environments.
• Advance application security capabilities (SAST, SCA, DAST, SBOM, secrets).
• Develop IaC/CaC and automation with Terraform, Ansible, Bicep/ARM, PowerShell.
• Support deployment of containerized and cloud-native apps.
• Promote engineering standards, reusable deployment patterns, secure SDLC practices.
• Collaborate with architecture, security, infra, and development teams to align solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across apps, infra, networks, identity, security, cloud.
• Mentor peers and share knowledge; contribute to docs and training.
