Job summary

Oak Leaf Solutions is seeking an experienced DevSecOps / Systems Administrator to design, secure, and maintain development and operational environments spanning cloud, on‑premises, and air‑gapped systems. The role integrates security throughout the software lifecycle and automates deployment and protection of data from front-end to back-end systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS/engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in DevSecOps, systems administration, cloud engineering, cybersecurity engineering, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of DevOps/DevSecOps and SDLC.
• Experience designing, implementing, or maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on infrastructure automation and version-control technologies.
• Experience with listed tools (Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform, Git, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Artifactory, Jira, Black Duck).
• Experience building, configuring, securing, and maintaining servers and infrastructure.
• Knowledge of vulnerability management, encryption, access control, security monitoring.
• Experience documenting security policies and authorization materials.
• Strong troubleshooting and cross-team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and secure CI/CD pipelines across environments.
• Automate security testing, vulnerability scanning, compliance checks, and deployments.
• Monitor systems for security incidents, configuration issues, and threats.
• Develop infrastructure-as-code to create repeatable, secure environments.
• Assist with Cross Domain Solutions and other controlled data-transfer technologies as applicable.
• Collaborate with software, hardware, and cybersecurity teams to resolve issues.
