Job summary

Dark Wolf in Chantilly/Herndon, VA seeks an Expert DevSecOps Engineer to architect, maintain, and scale CI/CD tools and infrastructure across the development lifecycle. You will lead automated security and compliance across complex systems.

You will guide engineering teams in fast-paced environments, implementing IaC and centralized observability while ensuring regulatory governance and robust vulnerability remediation.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with active TS/SCI clearance and Full-Scope Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of progressive engineering experience with CI/CD and enterprise automated pipeline construction.

Responsibilities

• CI/CD Platform Leadership: Maintain, optimize, and scale production-grade CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, etc.).
• Automated Security Engineering: Ensure integration of automated security controls (SAST/DAST, dependency auditing, vulnerability scanning).
• Testing Architecture: Implement robust automated testing across unit, integration, and UAT.
• Vulnerability & Risk Remediation: Identify, prioritize, and remediate vulnerabilities and architectural weaknesses.
• Regulatory Compliance & Security Governance: Enforce federal/DoD security regulations and standards.
• Platform & Infrastructure Strategy: Establish IaC standards and multi-environment deployment frameworks.
