Job summary

Dark Wolf is seeking a DevSecOps SME to architect, lead, and optimize CI/CD tooling, security paradigms, and observability across the software lifecycle. You will drive shift-left security, zero-trust architectures, and high-reliability platform engineering.

We’re looking for a technical leader with 15+ years of experience, TS/SCI clearance, and expertise in automated pipelines, IaC governance, and security tooling to guide cross-functional teams in Chantilly/Herndon, VA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 15+ years total technical experience; 7+ years in building, securing, and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines.
• 7+ years hands-on infrastructure automation (Terraform, Ansible).
• Expert-level with version control and ecosystems (Git, GitLab, Jira).
• Strong Linux administration, containers, and networking fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Architect, maintain, and optimize mission-critical CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and automation tools.
• Lead integration of security tools (SAST, DAST, dependency scanning) for automated governance and cATO.
• Design automated testing architectures (unit, integration, UAT).
• Coordinate vulnerability remediation with software and security teams.
• Define and enforce security/compliance aligned with DoD/IC standards.
• Drive DevSecOps roadmaps and IaC governance; mentor engineering teams.
