Job summary

HellaGoodAudio is seeking a senior DevOps/SRE engineer to lead the Product Operations and DevOps team in a fast-paced environment. You will tackle the most complex DevOps tasks, ensure zero-tolerance for production errors, and drive improvements across service management processes.

You will define operational KPIs, partner with stakeholders, and respond rapidly to alerts while mentoring junior engineers. Fluency in English and strong cloud/container orchestration skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.
• 5+ years as DevOps/SRE engineer with leadership experience.
• Strong ITIL understanding and production-grade reliability.

Responsibilities

• Resolve most complex DevOps tasks.
• Lead the team of Product Operations and DevOps engineers.
• Audit existing service management processes and plan improvements.
• Establish key operational KPIs and plans.
• Provide immediate response to alerts.
• Liaise with SL1/SL3, 3rd parties and internal stakeholders.
• Provide regular reports to direct manager.
