Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery.
• Administer and enhance Jenkins-based build and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with development teams to automate testing, deployment, and release activities.
• Drive observability solutions including monitoring, alerting, logging, and dashboards.
• Define and improve SLOs/SLIs and operational metrics.
• Support production reliability and performance across environments.
• Develop runbooks, playbooks, and troubleshooting procedures; participate in on-call rotations.
• Lead post-incident reviews and drive corrective actions.
