Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or 4+ years of IT experience.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Experience with developing Service Catalog and ServiceNow workflows.
• DoD approved 8570 IAT Level II Certification (e.g., Security+ CE) or ability to obtain it within six months of hire.
• Preferred: CSA and ServiceNow Application Developer credentials.

Responsibilities

• Develop ServiceNow solutions and enhancements using core platform capabilities.
• Develop applications including configuration, report development, and data migration where applicable.
• Identify and implement best-practice solutions to address client requirements.
• Perform custom development and third-party integrations across the environment.
• Perform unit-testing, resolve code defects, and migrate code changes to production.
• Assist with technical design and documentation to ensure platform stability.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build solutions in ServiceNow.
