Synapticure is seeking a remote Senior DevOps & Security Engineer to build, secure, and automate our cloud infrastructure. The role emphasizes AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and implementing security controls.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of cloud security engineering, DevOps, or related field.
• Experience implementing security controls in regulated environments (HIPAA, SOC 2).
• Hands-on with AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, and securing CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Translate security/compliance requirements into technical controls.
• Build and secure AWS infrastructure and Kubernetes/EKS environments.
• Develop Terraform configurations and secure CI/CD tooling.
• Manage vulnerability scanning and incident response support.
• Automate workflows and document architecture and standards.
