Job summary

Fuze Health, in partnership with Alto Pharmacy, seeks a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to own secure by design infrastructure across AWS/GCP and Kubernetes. You will lead security across CI/CD, IaC, and governance, while collaborating with Compliance to meet HIPAA, SOC 2, and HITRUST requirements.

The role is fully remote with nationwide scope in the U.S., offering a strong salary and full benefits. You will mentor engineers and shape the security posture as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software/infrastructure/security engineering with DevSecOps focus.
• Cloud architecture expertise (AWS and/or GCP).
• Experience designing, building and securing containerized/Kubernetes environments.
• Hands-on CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, Jenkins).
• IaC pipelines security (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Knowledge of application security, OWASP Top 10, secure coding.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the DevSecOps strategy for infrastructure, apps, and CI/CD ecosystems.
• Architect secure cloud-native systems across AWS/GCP.
• Establish security patterns, guardrails, and reference architectures.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows.
• Drive IaC security and automate governance controls.
• Mentor engineers on secure coding and DevSecOps practices.
• Partner with Security and Compliance on audits and remediation.
