Job summary

Jitsu is seeking a Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer to evolve the infrastructure powering our platform. You will lead DevOps for a global engineering team, shaping CI/CD, cloud-scale infrastructure, and secure, reliable operations.

You will own release automation, IaC, GitOps, and observability, partnering with leaders to scale and secure a high-velocity logistics platform. This role offers impact, growth, and competitive compensation in the United States.

Qualifications

• Strong CI/CD release automation experience.
• Hands-onTerraform and multi-environment infrastructure as code.
• GitOps workflow with ArgoCD as source of truth.
• Cloud infra experience at scale (GCP preferred).
• Kubernetes production experience at scale.
• Authoring Helm charts for templated deployments.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases and caching.
• Security: IAM, secrets, network policy.

Responsibilities

• Own key parts of the DevOps effort for a global engineering team.
• Improve development process and tooling: source control, build, test, packaging, release.
• Improve infrastructure configuration, management, and cost efficiency.
• Enhance monitoring and observability across infra and services.
• Partner with tech leaders to improve architecture maintainability and resilience.
• Lead software and DevOps engineers on development and operations practices.
• Strengthen information security posture.
• Contribute to team development and operations standards.
