Qualifications

• CI/CD pipelines experience using Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Terraform infrastructure-as-code experience with multi-environment management.
• GitOps workflows with ArgoCD or similar.
• Cloud infrastructure at scale on GCP or similar.
• Kubernetes production experience at scale.
• Helm charts for templated deployments across environments.
• Experience with databases at scale (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis).
• Reliability and monitoring: SLIs/SLOs, alerting, incident response.
• Cloud/security: IAM, secrets management, network policy.

Responsibilities

• Own key parts of the DevOps effort for a global engineering team and a platform supporting millions of transactions per day.
• Drive improvements to source control, build, test, packaging, release, and deployment processes.
• Improve infrastructure configuration, management, and cost efficiency.
• Enhance monitoring and observability across infrastructure and services for availability and performance.
• Lead architecture maintainability, scalability, and resilience with other tech leaders.
• Guide software and DevOps engineers on development and operations practices.
• Strengthen information security posture with cross-team collaboration.
• Contribute to development and operations standards and processes.
