Job summary

CTG seeks an experienced DevOps Platform Engineer to optimize enterprise DevOps platforms and automate CI/CD with GitLab, Artifactory, Xray, and SonarQube. You will lead Terraform/Ansible IaC and Kubernetes/OpenShift workloads in a hybrid Dallas environment.

You will collaborate across development, infrastructure, and security teams to improve platform performance and delivery, with strong emphasis on SDLC discipline and cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• 8+ years administering complex enterprise DevOps platforms.
• Strong Software Configuration Management (SCM) expertise.
• Hands-on GitLab, Artifactory, Xray, and SonarQube experience.
• Experience with Terraform and Ansible.
• Kubernetes/OpenShift familiarity and cloud experience (AWS/Azure/IBM).
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and optimize enterprise DevOps platforms (GitLab, Artifactory, Xray, SonarQube).
• Configure and manage GitLab Runners, Groups, Projects, and Permissions at scale.
• Build and maintain IaC solutions using Terraform and Ansible.
• Support container workloads on Kubernetes and OpenShift.
• Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery.
• Implement SCM best practices across the SDLC.
• Monitor platform health and troubleshoot to improve reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and security teams.
• Support cloud infra across AWS, Azure, and IBM Cloud.
• Document procedures and standards.
