Job summary

Resolve Tech Solutions in Downtown Houston seeks a Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer to design, build, and support scalable AWS infrastructure supporting AI, data science, and enterprise applications. This hands-on role focuses on automation, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and platform reliability.

You will design and maintain AWS infra with Terraform, build CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD), ensure security/compliance, support Kubernetes-based platforms, and mentor junior

Qualifications

• 5+ years of AWS Platform/DevOps experience.
• 5+ years of Terraform experience.
• 5+ years of GitHub and/or GitLab usage.
• 5+ years supporting Kubernetes and containerized environments.
• Strong Python, Bash, or Shell scripting experience.
• Experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of AWS networking and security.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AWS infrastructure using Terraform/IaC.
• Develop, automate, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Jenkins, or similar tools.
• Integrate security and compliance controls into deployment pipelines.
• Support Kubernetes-based container platforms and cloud-native applications.
• Automate deployments using Python, Bash, and Shell scripting.
• Troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure, networking, and deployment issues.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote DevOps best practices.

Location: Downtown Houston, TX (100% Onsite - 5 days/week)

Duration: Long-term Contract

We are seeking a Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer to design, build, and support scalable AWS infrastructure supporting AI, Data Science, and enterprise application platforms. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on automation, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and cloud platform reliability.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AWS infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Develop, automate, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Jenkins, or similar tools
• Integrate security and compliance controls into deployment pipelines
• Support Kubernetes-based container platforms and cloud-native applications
• Automate deployments using Python, Bash, and Shell scripting
• Troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure, networking, and deployment issues

• AWS Certification
• Experience automating compliance integrations within CI/CD pipelines
• 100% onsite in Downtown Houston
• Occasional travel to the West Houston office may be requested
