Ascensus is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to provide technical leadership for DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native practices across multiple teams. You will steer automated pipelines, IaC, and platform reliability while mentoring engineers and promoting a culture of automation and DevSecOps.

The role emphasizes collaboration with architects, security, and operations, with a focus on scalable, secure delivery platforms and hands-on problem solving across Linux and Windows environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in DevOps/Platform Engineering or similar roles.
• Proven DevOps architecture design in enterprise environments.
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience with CI/CD.
• Hands-on in Linux and Windows environments.
• Advanced scripting: PowerShell or Python.
• Experience with CI/CD tools: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins.
• Deep Docker and Kubernetes expertise.
• Terraform for IaC; configuration management with Ansible/Puppet/Chef.
• Solid knowledge of microservices, cloud‑native architectures, and AWS.
• Excellent communication to influence across teams.

• Design IaC for provisioning environments and ensure security in pipelines.
• Drive containerized cloud-native platform adoption with Kubernetes.
