Job summary

Natera is seeking a Manager of the Data Engineering & Delivery (DED) team within DSPE to lead data infrastructure, ingestion pipelines, and robust data products across PB-sized datasets. You'll partner with Lab Operations, Genetic Counselor teams, and other stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate data delivery and automation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Management Science, Operational Research or related fields; Doctorate a plus.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience with a Master's degree; 2+ years with a Doctorate.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in highly regulated environments (e.g., CLIA/FDA).
• Minimum 2 years of management experience leading a Data Engineering/Delivery/Analytics team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Data Engineering & Delivery (DED) team to develop and maintain data infrastructure, ingestion solutions, ETL pipelines, data products, and data delivery systems for production and internal DSPE applications.
• Translate business needs into technical specs and implementation plans.
• Create design documents for data architecture, ETL pipelines, and data systems/tools.
• Contribute to development, testing, deployment, validation, maintenance, and updates on data products and systems.
